The fine saffron of the Mancha meets the precious truffle in an unusual combination for a refined and tasty first course. The high percentage of eggs present in our pastes gives them the taste and texture of homemade pasta, thanks to the bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature and enhances the aroma of this excellent combination.
Chef's advice: boil the tagliolini in 2 liters of salted and boiling water for about 3-4 minutes. Drain al dente and sauté with a knob of melted butter, leave to flavor, stirring well and serve the steaming pasta sprinkled with plenty of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
