Tagliatelle truffle egg
The tagliolini and egg tagliatelle with truffle are produced in our pasta factory through a truly artisanal processing method: the pasta is extruded through bronze, cut with a knife and slowly dried on wooden looms for about 18 hours.
Chef's advice: Cook the tagliolini in two liters of salted water for about 3 minutes, drain and sauté in a pan with a knob of butter. Serve the steaming pasta and sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano.
