40 g - Turmeric flavored truffle honey is the result of a collaboration with Thun, a company in the province of Trento, which produces a wide range of quality honey, a family run company that uses a beekeeping system with 60 stations distributed throughout Italy.
Truffle honey is best used in accompanying cheese, better if it is blue-veined or refined, but it can also be used with cured meats in general and, in particular, lard, or, as suggested by the house, with creamy desserts.
It is pure honey which is combined with truffles and turmeric.
