TARTUFISSIMA Mushrooms and truffles
This Tartufissima offers a tasty combination of the most prized mushrooms of our land, truffles and porcini. The high percentage of eggs present in the dough gives our pastas the flavor and texture of homemade pasta, thanks to the bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature and enhances the aroma of this precious combination.
Chef's advice: boil the tagliatelle in 2 liters of salted and boiling water for about 4-5 minutes. Drain al dente and sauté with a knob of melted butter, mix with 50g of whipped cream. Leave to flavor, stirring well and serve the steaming pasta sprinkled with plenty of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
